Caseworker

Kirinari Community Services is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Caseworker to commence in our Complex Care Team in the Albury/Wodonga region.Kirinari is a dynamic, expanding provider that delivers high quality services in NSW and Victoria. Our business is growing at a rapid rate providing services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) customers as well as the Department of Communities and Justice (DJC). We employ over 700 staff and provide a fun and proactive team environment with significant job satisfaction.About the PositionThe Caseworker is responsible for providing high quality and effective case work services to our youth customers (aged 8 to 18) and NDIS/DCJ participants. The Caseworker will provide practical support, evidence-based/informed therapeutic education and support whilst building suitable support networks through the engagement of specialist services.This position has a key focus on providing effective assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and review of case plans to achieve identified outcomes for our customers.
