Due to recent organisational growth throughout the Wagga Wagga region, we are seeking applications for a People & Culture Leader to join the Kirinari Team. Kirinari is a dynamic, expanding provider that delivers high quality services in NSW and Victoria. Our business is growing at a rapid rate providing services to National Disability Insurance Scheme customers. We employ over 700 staff and provide a fun and proactive team environment with great job satisfaction.About the PositionThe P+C Leader will oversee the performance of our teams teams across the region. You will be responsible for the training, development and management of staff to ensure our teams provide high levels of support and engagement to our customers. The P+C will implement policies and procedures directed through Head Office and maintain NDIS standards to ensure a compliant environment across all regions.The P+C leader will perform additional hours to meet the expectations of the position as required.
