We employ over 1000 staff and provide a fun and proactive team environment with significant job satisfaction.About the PositionKirinari is seeking a Coordinator of Supports based in our Bathurst office in the Central West region. This position will oversee Bathurst, Orange, and Lithgow regions.As a Coordinator of Supports with Kirinari you will work proactively with participants by coordinating and engaging supports to ensure they are getting the most out of their NDIS plans. This position gives you the opportunity to build strong relationships with participants, their families and carers in coordinating their NDIS plans. You will identify, connect and negotiate with appropriate providers to deliver quality and timely service whilst working closely with other external stakeholders involved in an individual’s care or provision of services.This position is full-time permanent working 76 hours per fortnight commencing in November.Requirements:Experience in Disability Support Work or Case ManagementWell-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgroundsExcellent time management and prioritisation skills with a high level administration skill.Ability to understand facets of the NDIS and NDIS Plans/BudgetsSound computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software applicationsCurrent Driver's LicenseNSW Working With Children Check before commencementAbility to obtain a National Disability Insurances Scheme Workers CheckThe salary will be negotiated with the suitable applicant based on qualifications and experience.Come join us!
