Disability Support Worker – SIL and Day Program

Our core values guide our strong service delivery to enact positive change and choice in the lives of the clients we support.About the PositionSIL/Group HomeOur DSW's are responsible for supporting people in their day-to-day living, ensuring they have maximum opportunity to develop valued lifestyles with choice, control, self-advocacy and becoming a valued member of the community. We provide quality 24/7 care in our supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes) ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our customers.You will be providing direct support across a range of customer needs including, domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.This position is open to applicants who are new to the industry or have experience across a range of support services including challenging behaviours and or high physical needs.We currently have several Part-time Permanent positions available from 50-70hrs per fortnight, plus several Casual positions.
