We are seeking Entry level or Experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. We provide quality 24/7 care in our supported living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes) ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our customers.You will be providing direct support across a range of customer needs including, domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.We currently have both Part-time Permanent and Casual positions available for immediate start.What’s Required?New to the industry or have experience across a range of support services including challenging behaviours and or high physical needsWillingness to work a 24/7 roster, day shifts, x 2 sleepovers weekly, public and/or school holidays and weekendsResilience, self-confidence and willingness to engage clients with various backgrounds and needsStrong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with clients to actively support individual needsAbility to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencementNSW Working With Children Check before commencementBasic IT skillsSmart PhoneCurrent Driver's LicenseA mandatory requirement of this position is that all employees working in this position must have received a second dose of the covid vaccination by 29th November 2021 or hold a medical contraindication certificate from a medical practitioner as per the NSW public health order.To be eligible to apply, you must provide evidence of your covid vaccination status.
