Our core values guide our strong service delivery to enact positive change and choice in the lives of the clients we support.About the PositionOur DSW's are responsible for supporting people in their day-to-day living, ensuring they have maximum opportunity to develop valued lifestyles with choice, control, self-advocacy and becoming a valued member of the community. We provide quality 24/7 care in our supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes) ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our customers.You will be providing direct support across a range of customer needs including, domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.Our customer displays challenging and aggressive behaviour. Applicants will need to be confident, resilient and be willing to adhere to a customer behaviour support plan.You will need to have broad availability to provide services in a 24/7 environment, weekend and overnight availability is a must (generous penalties apply).We currently have several Casual positions on offer.
