Our core values guide our strong service delivery to enact positive change and choice in the lives of the clients we support.About the PositionAs a Team Leader you will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within a supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes). You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centred and high-quality culture within the program. You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including; domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.
